Operations: Tracks daily district functions and the progress of facility modernizations including facility maintenance, logistics, transportation, technology, health, safety, security, nutrition services, and business operations.• 3. Finances: Tracks strategic and transparent budget planning along with the equitable distribution of district resources to areas of greatest need.• 4. Community Engagement: Tracks public participation in district initiatives and the collection, review, and integration of community feedback.• 5. Communications: Tracks the publication timelines for major district decisions and the accessibility of critical information and educational resources for the public.
